What's an over-run charge? In the promotional products business there an industry norm off (usually 5%, some have higher percentages up to 10%) when imprinting your logo on promotional business products.
For example: If you order say 500 promotional pens, all 500 pens will not be imprinted properly. Some pens will have low quality imprints and some may not show your logo at all. So your distributor has to imprint an additional 50 to 100 pens. Guess who gets billed for that? You do!
So next time your talking to your distributor ask them you don't want to be pay an over-run charge on your promotional business products order. If you order 500 promotional pens, only pay for 500 pens!
Just Say NO to over-run charges! Many promotional products distributors on this site will be more then happy to help you out and save you money!
